These projects were done for several different brands, all with varying target audiences. The ads, as well as a few signage projects, were created for our Multi-Family division that specializes in student housing near the University of Florida. The social posts and additional graphics, however, focus on two different brands, Midpoint Park & Eatery and The Swamp Restaurant.
